SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping times vary by destination and method at checkout:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on where you live and the shipping option you choose.

Once a package is marked delivered, QR Connect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for support.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if you’re not satisfied. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.


We cannot accept used items or custom made products unless they arrived defective. For damaged items, reach out within 7 days and we’ll take care of you.

To start a return, email support@qrflask.com with your order number and reason for return.
